Minimum Qualifications
Overall 8-10 yrs. of exp
7+ years of experience in eCommerce Software development
Develop Batch Jobs using Java and SQL.
Troubleshoot business and production issues
Alerting and Monitoring Subject Matter Expert (Splunk, Dynatrace, and other Enterprise Logging Tools)
Develops Innovation strategies, processes, failover experience
Experience in driving high availability across multiple applications
Act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem when issues with the product arise
Develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
System and Production Support status reporting.
