Role requirements
• 15 to 18 years’ experience with factory devices, sensors and automation
• Worked on PLC, SCADA, MES, CMMS etc
• Handled and executed end-to-end projects in areas of plant process improvement, system integration, MIS, visualizations etc
• Hands-on experience configuring and setting-up devices to communicate using different protocols like MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, Ethernet-IP, Profibus etc
• Can independently handle requirement gathering, creating technical solution architecture, solution document development and can work with teams for solution delivery
• Understands processes in Discrete Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive manufacturing and can suggest best-practices in Production, Quality, Supply-chain, Track-and-Trace, Maintenance etc
• Has demonstrated capabilities working with technologies like IIoT, AI, Big-data, Cloud etc to improve end-to-end operations from product development to manufacturing to service
• Should understand ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and COT’s products, commonly used by Manufacturing customers
• Should be familiar with different types of IT delivery models, viz. Agile / Waterfall

• Problem solving, and decision-making abilities
• Good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing roles
• Good team player with experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams
Qualification
• BE/ BTech/ Dipl. with DBM
