Role: React Lead
Location: Remote/Quincy MA
Relevant experience of 8-10 years in ecommerce
ReactJS + Redux experience is a must. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ReactJS
Must be proficient in JS Frameworks, ES6, Webpack
Deep knowledge of HTTP and REST protocols
Must have experience in testing frameworks for Frontend technologies e.g. Enzymes, JEST, Chai, Mocha, DOM Testing
Good to Have: Redis, Socket.IO, RabbitMQ
Works cross-functionally with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Technology team to design and specify frontend technologies.
Experience in Java / SQL / PL-SQL.
Experience in taking projects from idea, design phase to implementation and delivery
Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Identifies, escalates, and removes team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals.
Develop a good understanding of the business unit's function and effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to the business unit.
Works cross-functionally with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Technology team to design and specify large complex business solutions.
