To be eligible for this role you MUST
• Be able to come to TTEC's office to pick up equipment
• Have >15 mbps internet speed as validated by FAST.com
• Ability to hardwire (ethernet) direct to your home router during your at home employment
• Router must be within close vicinity of your quiet, at home workspace

What You'll be Doing
• Process prescription refills for the customer through their mail-order plan
• Research and provide information about the member accounts, benefits information, drug and gap coverage, rejected claims, and status of the prescription mail-orders.
• Handle inbound calls from the pharmacist
• Sends communication to Doctor's office for prescriptions needing refills.
• Helps members set up auto-refills and Hassle-free fills.
