10+ years of professional work experience
• Prior experience in Media & Entertainment industry is preferred
• Prior experience and understanding of IT application development projects is must
• Prior experience as an Business Analyst with strong customer facing and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM is a must with prior experience of handling at least 2 large Apttus CLM project
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud & force.complatform
• Prior experience being part of discovery, requirement gathering workshop with client
• Experience creating wire frames and design documents
• Experience creating business requirement documents and User Stories
• Experience training the UAT users
• Experience in managing UAT
