Full Job Description:
Primary (QA+ Domain Experience):
· Functional Testing of Web and Desktop based applications including System Testing, Integration Testing, SIT and support UAT phase
· Well versed with test management tools (e.g. TFS)
· Functional testing experience in the following areas:
o Pharmacy benefit management – pharmacy claims processing, drug rebate administration, e-prescribing programs
o Long term care and home & community based services – automated level-of-care assessments, provider credentialing
o Healthcare Payment methods – DRG, RBRVS, APC, RUG and Fee schedules
o Claims processing
o Healthcare regulations – ACA (Affordable care act), HIPAA, ICD-10, HITECH act
o Healthcare eligibility services – program eligibility determination, health insurance exchange development and implementation
o Care Management, Condition/Disease Management, Absence Management
o Health Plan analytics
Responsibilities
· Test designing (Test Case preparation & Test Data Preparation), Test execution and Test reporting.
· Experience of Defect lifecycle and defect tracking tools
· Ability to learn and demonstrate the new functionality
· Mentor new resources on the application functionality and domain.
Qualifications
· 4-10 years’ experience in software testing
· BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Good to Have: ( Desired )
· Knowledge of Automation (e.g. Core Java, Selenium)
· Knowledge of Database concepts and experience of SQL
· Experience of Web Services testing (Rest / SOAP)
· Experience of JIRA, Agile methodology
· Knowledge / Experience of DWBI
