The primary responsibilities include:
Analyzing business requirements.
FIT GAP Analysis.
Providing Solutions to Medium complex requirements.
Configuring Oracle/SFDC/Netsuite Applications based on Business requirements.
Documentation & Testing.
Contributing to your practice/BU by
Documenting your learnings from the current work
Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
Actively participating in BU/Practice level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects, POC etc.
Mentor team members
Essential functions:
Work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors
Exercise independent judgement within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways
Use professional tools and concepts to analyze and arrive at creative and effective solutions
Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities with other employees
Report progress regularly and take responsibility of the team’s deliverables as a whole. Understand expectations in day-to-day work and have the drive to exceed expectations.
Maintain documentation for the development process
Help on-boarding new members into the scope of work
Qualifications:
This person should have strong understanding of business systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Commerce, HR(Workday) and Finance(NetSuite) etc. with 5 to 7 years of Systems Integration experience with SaaS platforms.
