Job Title: Test Engineer (Sr)
Location: Princeton Junction, NJ. Travel may be required to client sites on a need to basis.
Requirements: MS Engineering, related field and/or equivalent. Minimum of 4 months experience as a QA Engineer including analyzing requirements, participating in requirement review meetings, defect management, reporting and tracking. Requires strong technical skills and/or relevant coursework in C Programming, Interactive Computer Graphics, Operations Research. SoapUI Pro Certification required.
Duties: Creation and maintenance of project plans, scope definition and control, task assignment, budget management, risk identification and mitigation, issue log, and communications with team members and stakeholders. Extensively implemented Business Process Testing for Smoke and Regression testing for large scale and small projects using Rally. Performed GAP analysis on Requirements, Functional Specifications and reviewed with Project Management teams to finalize the Automation Requirements. Created scenarios to test API’s for various functionalities and modules of the application using SoapUI/Ready API and Postman. Supervised team in implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards, business and customer specifications. Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
