Clarify project requirements and work closely with customers to ensure functional designs and project scope fulfill their requirements; Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel. Manage project progress and performing risk assessments; Monitoring and maintaining 3rd party vendor relationships regarding hardware/software acquisition quotes, contracts, statements of work, delivery dates, and maintenance service agreements; Design system architectures and manage implementation among different development teams for new project or change requests in SDLC (software development life cycle) phases for company’s cell phone repair business; etc. Must have Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 12 months of experience.
