Duties: Direct and coordinate activities to improve sales of real estate and related products. Prepare, observe, and promote products and services such as upgrades, maintenance, and managing of rental properties. Lead and direct the agency to meet goals, better sales, and optimize customer service. Maintain records of expenses and payments. Prepare basic financial reports and report on company earnings. Meet customers and respond to inquires and resolve complaints.
Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, leadership skills, time management skills, sales, and marketing skills.
High School/GED and 2 years of experience required.
