Sr. Staff Accountant to Perform professional accounting services for corporations, partnerships and individuals; Generate the compilation report and review report on interim and annual financial statements using QuickBooks, Peachtree; Prepare various tax filing include sales and use tax , payroll and personal property tax; Prepare schedules of property and equipment and calculate depreciation and amortization using Lacerte tax software and Proseries tax software; Complete personal and business tax service including: 1040 individual tax returns,1120 corporation returns ,1120 S corporation returns,1065 partnership returns. 1041 estate and trust returns,990 exempt organization returns,706 Estate and Generation skipping transfer returns and 709 gift returns using Lacerte and Proseries tax software; Perform research for complex tax questions to identify tax issues; Research and solve foreign corporation and foreign individual taxpayer reporting issue; Research on federal and state tax issues and new regulation or law for tax filing.
