TRISTAR is seeking an Data Entry Operator I for our Federal Government Contract located in Crane, IN (This position is Temporary Full-Time for 6 months)
Position Responsibilities:
Work is routine and repetitive
Under close supervision or following specific procedures or detailed instructions, works from various standardized source documents which have been coded and require little or no selecting, coding or interpreting of data to be entered
Refers to supervisor problems arising from erroneous items, codes, or missing information
Initially, check on computer (kiosk) the documents already scanned with hard copies to ensure documents are digital and saved to file
Scanning could require standing for extended periods in the printer room
Scan to H drive then save to Shared drive utilizing naming convention provided
Must be proficient with computers including expertise Microsoft Office programs to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Position Requirement:
1 year of experience providing support data entry support
Must be a US Citizen
An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
