5400 acres plus or minus in Lamar county North of Paris Texas. 3 miles of Red River frontage. Bow only with exception of shotguns for all game. Rifle will eventually be allowed for pigs. $13 an acre with electricity, bring your own water. May split into 3100 and 2200 acre pastures. Game Warden says its the best property in the county.
