On a typical day, you'll

• Actively track and manage cases in Salesforce
• Profile the business through effective questioning to determine product need
• Through effective questioning you will provide a solution based on business needs.
• Manage potential opportunities starting with initial contact, lead qualification, and lead closure
• Establish rapport and credibility within a wide variety of business solutions
• Be open to coaching for continuous performance improvement
• Manage your leads, calendar, and time efficiently to ensure sales and revenue goal attainment

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
• B2B sales experience

• Driven to exceed sales targets with a proven sales track record
• Excellent questioning skills, ability to listen for cues, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Exceptional professional communication skills and phone etiquette
• High school diploma/GED; college degree a plus or relevant work experience preferred
• Competency using Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic work environment
• Sales Force experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
