Plan, develop and communicate informational programs to existing and potential customers and personnel for company’s U.S. and worldwide office locations – using Datamyne for existing and potential customers; Compile and analyze customer surveys to provide recommendations to optimize client-company relations – Using Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Excel; Coordinate communications and public relations strategies with company’s international locations in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the United States; Develop promotional materials, analyze and upgrade programs and results, report customer preferences and trends to the management team; Keep the public informed regarding company’s logistics and freight forwarding business;..etc.
