Full Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time person who is able to work on their own and provide excellent customer service.

In this position you would be responsible for answering the phone, applying payment to customers accounts, light filing,making occasional deposits, walking or driving lot to check for move outs or overlocks, light cleaning of small kitchen/office/bathroom also sweeping out vacant units when needed, balancing of the daily paperwork, completing leases for new tenants,collection calls when needed,selling moving items that are in stock, some cash handling.

This position would average between 20-25 hours for a normal week but would need to be available with plenty of notice for more hours when managers are on vacation. Our schedule is set up monthly with requests put in last week of the month.
