Full Job Description:
Analyze data and calculate the most cost-effective SLA (Service level agreement) for current supply chain network to improve TAT (Turn Around Time) of company’s cell phone repair business using SAS/OR analytical software and manufacturing SFC system; Apply statistical tool in Excel Regression analysis for customer satisfaction database to identify the correlation between repair lead time and service quality; Apply analytical tool in Excel Solver for what-if scenario analysis to simulate the optimization of labor leverage and production schedule for the purpose of reducing operational cost; Use Power BI to monitor and review operations KPI for deep key metrics analysis in daily basis; inbound/outbound operations, inventory lifecycle, labor management, customer escalation issues etc.; Create Pivot data table to process large unstructured datasets; etc. Must have Master’s degree and 12 months of experience.
