Sr. Tax Accountant - Preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals,
trusts, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations and nonprofit organizations through
Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax software; Preparation of multistate tax returns; Preparation
of consolidated C corporation returns; Calculation of Research & Development credits;
Assistance with payroll tax compliance; Assistance with sales tax nexus issues; Utilize
Bloomberg BNA and Checkpoint to conduct tax research; Perform tax planning and
consultation for clients under direction of supervising CPA; Review simple tax returns
prepared by Tax Accountants; etc. Must have Master’s degree and 6 months of experience.
