Overview:
This position will support the Facility Workload Planning tasking for our government customer. Support tasking will include Asset Management and valuation responsibilities, which will include DD 1391 Development, Project Concept Scopes, Project Cost Estimates, and Authoritative Data Updates that encompass Basic Facility Requirements(BFRs) and Asset Evaluations A (Es) for our government customer.
Responsibilities:
Cradle to grave Project Management responsibility to include:
Perform a variety of engineering analytical functions
Recommend courses of action
Ability to report clearly on status of assigned actions
Participation in project discussions
Requirements:
MUST be a US Citizen
Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management – PMP preferred
3-5 years related experience
CAD skills preferred. AutoCAD ArcGIS
Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio proficiency
