Full Job Description:
• As Part of Client Service Group Responsible for Software Maintenance for Client using of Paint Robots.
• Provide system integration support of Paint Robots at Clients Facilities, Build Shops and/or the end users
• Perform robot program changes such as logic, software and path alterations through either off-line or on-line methodology
• Have mechanical aptitude for performing any Mechanical/Electrical repair or replacement when required
• Provide robot specific or systems training in an informal environment to customers as required
• Have knowledge of PLC communications and other robotic peripheral equipment
• Ability to communicate with customers (external and internal) in high pressure situations and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to be proactive to support customer needs
• Strong initiative in finding work activities during slow periods
• Capable of traveling on short notice and handle rigors of air travel
• Submit Sales leads for additional Robotic and system opportunities
• Communicate work location and status daily
Challenges:
• Applicant will need to interface with Lead Center, Channel Partners and End Customers
• Meeting internal / external Customers Needs & expectations in Timely manner
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• Alternatively, possess a special combination of education & Experience and / or demonstrated accomplishments
• Good Electronic, Electrical, and Mechanical Experience (2-5+ years Experience)
• Troubleshooting through deductive reasoning
• Related applications experience preferred Paint & Sealant applications, etc. (2-5+ years experience)
• Have mechanical aptitude for performing any Mechanical / Electrical component repair or replacement
• Have knowledge of PLC communications and other robotic peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent Verbal communication Skills
• Ability to communicate with customers (External & internal) in high pressure situations and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent organization Skills – Detail Oriented
• Customer Service Background Highly Desirable
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Analyze issues and use of sound judgment
• Manage execution
