JOB REQUIREMENTS: HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE & 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
MAIL RESUME TO: 1155 S SEMORAN BLVD STE #1143, WINTER PARK, FL 32792
MAINTAIN AND UPDATE FILES, OFFICE INVENTORY, SORT MAIL AND DATABASE COMPUTER PROGRAMS. UTILIZE OFFICE SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES SUCH AS; ANSWERING TELEPHONES, RESPONDING EMAILS, SCANNING DOCUMENTS, PRINTING APPLICATIONS. PROVIDE INFORMATION TO SUPERVISORS AND CO-WORKERS REGARDING DUE DATES AND UPDATES REQUIRED BY CUSTOMERS. ENTER, TRANSCRIBE, RECORD, STORE, OR MAINTAIN INFORMATION IN PAPER OR ELECTRONIC FILES. PERFORMING DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS SUCH AS MAINTAINING INFORMATION FILES AND PROCESSING PAPERWORK. RESPOND TO CUSTOMER PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINS.
