Overview:
TRISTAR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our government client in Crane, IN.
Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineer will establishing processes, workflows and Policies focusing on Continuous Improvement and Quality Plans
Position Requirements:
Technical and engineering knowledge and skills in continuous improvement and Quality Focal Point support
Ability to assist in establishing processes, workflows, procedures/policies and CI and Quality plans
Experience in facilitating events, tracking action items, and capturing/collecting data to closure
Capable of communicating concerns and issues to government lead
Familiar with controlling documentation and upkeep of database
5+ years of experience in management or in technical field at a level of expert
Must be a US Citizen
An active Secret Clearance or an investigation in process
Education and Certification:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
