OS Technical is recruiting for a contract CRM Business Analyst whowill partner with one of our major clients and will work closely with Sr. Leaders and users to support the legacy CRM solution allowing them to retain their customers. Individual selected will have expert knowledge of CRMs and excel at providing “white glove†customer service to internal customers. The legacy CRM is Pivotal however no Pivotal is required.
