Job Description:
* You are require to do management and teaching
Management:
* You are required to share teaching resources with co lleagues at our other centers.
* Organize teacher training workshops that respond to both individual teachers, center and company
needs.
* Implement Athena standards for teacher appraisal, including scheduled lesson evaluations, check-in
sessions and setting of individual o bjectives.
* Maintain updated an d accurate records of individual teacher training, observation s and evaluations.
* Support ongoing curriculum development of courses by retaining and shar ing teaching resources and
occasionally developing ne w resources under direction of our management.
