Job Responsibilities:
Assist with building and maintaining a team environment onsite to achieve all property goal s.
Assists with motivating, directing, and evaluating employees and all related personnel i ssues.
Physically walks and inspects community on a daily basis to address issues and verif y standards.
Oversees and directs all administrative duties in accordance with company policy.
Building reception, establish and maintain relations with tenant
Job Qualifications:
BA degree required
Previous Property Management or industry experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
