ESL TEACHERS NEEDED IN BEAUTIFUL NANCHANG - SALARY UP TO 22K + FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT + GREAT BONUS PLAN
Nanchang is the largest city in Jiangxi Province. It’s located in the central part of Jiangxi Province, with a history of more than 2,200 years.

2. HOW ABOUT THE SALARY AND BENEFITS?
- Base salary: 16,000 RMB- 20000 RMB per month;
- Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month;
- Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB;
- Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1500 RMB
- Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH
- Quarterly bonus: up to 6000 RMB depending on
performance
- Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first month salary) + 6.000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)
- Medical & accident insurance;
- Paid holiday:15 days public holiday +14 days annual leave (including days off);
- Free Mandarin course;
- Airport pick-up, 7 nights free hotel upon arrival, team building, birthday gift, etc.
3. WHAT ARE THE TEACHING CONDITIONS?
- 3/4 PM -8:30/9PM : Can be flexible
- 35 working hours per week ( 30 classes + Non- teaching )
- Each class is 40 mins long.
- Students ages mainly: 3-12 years old.
4. WHAT MAKE YOU QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB?
- Native English teachers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa
- Hold at least a Bachelor degree
- Hold a TEFL certificate or at least 2 years of experience in teaching English
- Love kids and Have a passion in teaching.
