Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the HVAC field required.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to remove and install all types of Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation and equipment.
• Must be able to install metal duct, round duct, rectangular duct, and flex duct.
• Must be able to install spiral pipe, round pipe, freon lines, and drain lines.
• Must be able to replace rooftop units, split systems
• Must be able to lift 100lbs.
• Must be able to efficiently run a crew of 2 people.
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
• Understand and apply all codes for commercial and residential.
• Willingness to work hard and make sure that the job is done right.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work long hours (both weekend and evening) as needed.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box
• Have a great work attitude.
• Have a neat, clean appearance.
• Arrive on time daily.
• Must have own tools
• Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI’s in previous 5 years.
• Must have valid Social Security Card.
• Must have current EPA certification card.
• Ability to pass both drug test and background check.
• Ability to tolerate extreme environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat and cold.
