General Requirement
This position will provide Facility Tactical Project Support for approximately 4,000 work orders that are expected to be placed, processed, and monitored of which approximately 400 will be generated by the branch
Essential Functions
• Cradle to grave Project Management responsibility to include:
• Structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical system inspections for development of condition reports
• Provide cost estimates on facility projects including sustainment, modernization, and new construction
• Provide Program Management Assistance and other facility related issues as they arise
Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management – PMP preferred
3-5 years related experience
CAD skills preferred. AutoCAD ArcGIS
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
