General Purpose of the Job
The ECN coordinator plays a vital role in keeping the organization’s products, systems and documentation synchronized with customer requirements and/or specifications. Leads the cross functional team and coordinates all the activities from start to finish when the plants confirm feasibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understand processes and track the change implementation progress, escalate and support for defining corrective measures if deviating from the initial planning.

Manage product modifications according to engineering change procedures.

Maintain relationships with program teams, plants and customers.

Estimate and communicate the impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions within operations.

Coordinate and lead the team efforts from project acceptance to completion.

The incumbent is responsible to lead the overall activities of the cross functional team.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
The incumbent requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference,
and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office,
Excel, Project, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of CAD would be beneficial.

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight on a frequent basis

Must be able to understand drawings and commercial co-relation to changes



Decision Making Authority
Ability to make decisions within established set parameters.
