Job Title: Technical Director
Location: Northville, MI. Travel to client sites may be required on a need to basis.
Duties: Working on multiple IT and Engineering projects and prioritizing deliverables to meet deadlines; interacting with management; establishing and maintaining on-going business relationships; provide sourcing of technical and managerial professionals, consisting of Enterprise Applications Development, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Network Infrastructure, and Content Management Application Engineer, RF Planning, Design and Optimization Engineering, RF Microwave Technicians, Electronic and Manufacturing Engineers, Hardware/Software Test Engineers; maintain partnerships with clients for goals and alternative avenues to assure a diverse workforce including alternative sourcing such as internet, professional organizations, networking, and strategic advertising; working in the following domains: Retail, E-Commerce, Banking & Mortgage, Environmental, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications; use the following technologies: JAVA, J2EE, .NET, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel, JD Edwards, Microstrategy, Informatica, Cognos, Business Objects, Wise Packaging Studio (V4.0 and V5.1), Win Install, Microsoft SMS Installer, Tivoli, and VMware for the virtual environment; re-packaging using Wise Package Studio specialized in Software Packaging with MSI (Windows Installer), SMS Installer and Install Analyzer.
Requirements:
Bachelors Computer Science (will accept foreign education equivalent); will accept combination of multiple programs evaluated to be the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree.
3 years experience as a Technical Director or related occupation. Experience must include working on multiple IT and Engineering projects and prioritizing deliverables to meet deadlines; interacting with management; establishing and maintaining on-going business relationships; provide sourcing of technical and managerial professionals, strategic advertising.
Must have experience with the following technologies: JAVA, J2EE, .NET, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel, JD Edwards, Microstrategy, Informatica, Cognos, Business Objects, Wise Packaging Studio (V4.0 and V5.1), Win Install, Microsoft SMS Installer, Tivoli, and VMware for the virtual environment.
