Looking for Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys helping seniors and their families. You owe it to yourself to explore this exciting professional opportunity.
Seniorcorp has the need for a full-time position for licensed Registered Nurses with a passion for working with seniors. The primary focus for this Registered Nurse is to develop customized care plans for new clients beginning service, visit existing clients periodically to review their care needs, and support and assist our caregivers in the delivery of care. Participation in the clinical on-call rotation is also required.
Home Care or Home Health experience in nursing is required. Hospice or home care experience is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and quick to learn our home care management software. Great communication skills are also required as you will interface daily with our clients, caregivers, and staff.
