Our Customer Account Agents are the sole point of contact between our customer base and our business partners. They attract and maintain professional relationships to build our networks. In turn, these relationships allow us to provide our partners with the revenue increases we seek to provide. Our welcoming management team is on the lookout for charismatic, enthusiastic, and hard-working agents to excel in our office.
Responsibilities:
Attract new customers by providing accurate information
Listen, retain, and provide customer troubleshooting solutions
Attend office meetings, contribute new ideas, and engage with marketing teams
Encourage the purchase of monthly subscriptions on behalf of our various partners
Become familiar with sign-up procedures, policies, and general client information
Attend client centered events
Contribute to positive team environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Post secondary experience an asset
Customer service or sales experience extremely valuable
Must be 18 or older
Ability to work a minimum of 3 days a week, full-time preferred
Strong communication skills
Compensation:
Starting salary of $650 weekly
Potential earnings of $1200 weekly based on performance
