Responsibilities:

Respectfully and attentively connect with customers

Uphold professionalism during customer interactions and client representation

Deliver knowledgeable information about our clients and their brands

Gather customer feedback or concerns and report to management

Meet directly with customers and deliver personalized experience

Support your team and aid management

Actively listen and respond to customer demands and needs


Qualities and Qualifications:

Strong communication and listening skills

High School Diploma

High level of proficiency in English

Previous customer service experience valuable, but not required

Natural curiosity and desire to learn

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Able to meet changing company and client demands

Must be able to take direction and accept suggestions from senior management

Demonstrate leadership and team skills


Compensation:


$1200-$2000 bi-weekly

Basic medical coverage
