Our clients seek us out because we are experts in generating high volume market engagement that exudes quality and upholds their brand individuality and distinctiveness. As we take on new clients, we are growing our team and bringing on additional Customer Service Representatives.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for initiating and sustaining customer connections. This primarily involves meeting directly with customers to educate and inform them about our clients and their brands. By meeting personally with customers, you will be able to instantly offer relevant client information, answer customer questions, gather feedback, and ensure their absolute satisfaction.
As we have a fluctuating and growing client portfolio, you will frequently work with new companies and brands, requiring that you increase your knowledge of these clients and adapt your customer approach. Beyond being a flexible, fast-learner, we require that our entry-level representatives are able to uphold high standards of professionalism, work well with teams, and are motivated to learn. We can teach you the rest.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, at the minimum
Willingness to learn
Ability to contribute to a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Post Secondary education an asset
Customer and Client Service or Sales experience an asset
Compensation:
Starting salary of $600 weekly at the minimum
Basic Medical Coverage
