Scope of Position:
Supports the Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) in the overall planning, analysis and implementation of Global Supply Management business projects targeting significant value-delivery for Corning businesses. Areas of responsibilities will include strategic analysis of project budgets / finances, project scope, schedule, communication, change management, training, and documentation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Tasks:
• Tracking, reporting and strategic analysis of project budgets / financials
• Long-term financial planning and management
• Project portfolio creation and management
• Strategic communication and change management
• Development and ownership of some Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) tools and processes
• Create training materials
• Schedule and administer training for new/modified processes
• Application of Performance Excellence (PEx) tools
• Tracking the use of Performance Excellence (PEx) tools for the PMCOE project portfolio
• SharePoint Project site ownership and management
• GSM documentation management
• Modify and update documentation for processes being deployed/changed

Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years working experience with at least 1-2 in related role

• Excellent Communication (both oral and written)
• Creative and flexible: adapts well to changing circumstances; suggest ways to improve processes
