Full Job Description:

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Partner on developing and implementing HR strategy for CPPD.
• Direct accountability for directorates of significant size in CPPD supporting key leaders and their teams (CET, CLS, CPT, COC, and other as assigned)
• Lead key HR initiatives for CPPD division or directorates – compensation, performance management, talent management/people review, immigration/expatriation, recognition, diversity, leadership/supervisory development, career development and training
• HR lead on intern initiatives to benefit CPPD/S&T and the company providing oversight for HR Rotational assignee.
• Revise/Develop CPPD supervisor forum to build leadership capabilities, communication skills, HR process skills and build solid foundational understanding of supervisor best practices and information sharing in a collaborative/safe group setting for CPPD employees.
• CPPD liaison with Talent pipelining efforts across the TC
• Member of Technology Community HR function, assuming responsibility for leading initiatives across the TC

Project involved with:
• HR lead on intern initiatives to benefit CPPD/S&T
• Provide oversight for HR Rotational assignee

• Other HR programs/projects as assigned

Reporting Structure: Reports to lead HR Manager- CPPD and will be part of the TC HR team

Education & Experience: BS or MS degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, or related area and/or HR certifications (preferred)

• Balance multiple priorities- able to juggle multiple programs and employee need
