Role Purpose:
Creation and maintenance of materials in SAP S/4 Hana in addition to filtering commercial requests.
Responsibilities:
• Create Materials, BOMs, PIRs and related data items into S/4 Instance
• Document migration to customer communication site
• Evaluation of drawing templates & Inquiries for completion
• Audit data do consistency and adherence to policy
• Contribute and participate in internal and external audits in department; responsible for positive results
• Run mass material updates in S/4
• Enter materials in accordance with business prioritization, then FIFO
• Schedule and monitor batch job for completion and performance
• Maintain record of materials and related items that have been created
• Perform queries for data
Error-check data stored in SQL Server Performance Metrics:
• Adherence to SLA for material creation
• Creation of accurate Material records (Data Cleanliness)
Data Cleanliness for RFQs approved for further evaluation Competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors):
• Proactively identify gaps in current systems, recommend solutions
• Remain objective through requests from opposing functional interests
• Results-oriented, diligent, and works with a sense of urgency. Assertive, responsible for own work (self-directed), and be willing to commit to deadlines

Experiences/Education:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
• Familiarity with concept of Bill of Material (BOM) Desired
• Well organized, process oriented, has systematic approach to problem solving and an eye for detail
• Familiarity of SQL / T-SQL language
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana, primarily with RTP and OTC processes
• Previous experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing and/or Commercial
• Strong ability to work with varied cross-functional customers
• International business work experience
• Participation in multicultural and/or multi-geographic projects
