General Requirement
This position provides Facilities Management Support for a large facility by processing various types of work orders, which include planning, estimating, tracking of the orders through to completion or hand off.
Within defined objectives, but with considerable latitude, performs in a professional position requiring an in-depth knowledge. Capable of independent, complex analysis, concept formulation and new method identification. May serve as a prime point of contact for clients
Essential Functions
• Collects data/maintains status reports for facility planning.
• Prepares plans and estimates cost & timelines for facilities projects
• Designs/inspects/provides facility project requirements
Requirements
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher; interim may be required before starting
Education and/or Experience
• BS Engineering or Building Construction Management
• Must have active Secret Clearance or investigation in process
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
