We are expanding our team, and want you to join us as our newest Customer Service Representative.
As a dynamic client services firm, we are able to work with some of the world's leading organizations, representing them publicly to their various customer markets. Our Customer Service Representatives are at the heart of our services, initiating contact and maintaining well-established customer bonds and relationships. This is an entry-level role that will allow you to gain first-hand experience in working with elite companies and building professional relationships with a diversity of markets.

When not connecting with customers, our Customer Service Representatives regularly meet and discuss their progress, updates, and strategies for improvement. Responsibilities:
Read from and create informative and accurate scripts
Open and maintain customer accounts
Record customer information
Process customer payment information and adjust as necessary
Recommend appropriate monthly subscription package
Collect customer information and analyze requirements
Meet personal and team targets
Go the extra mile to engage with customers
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Customer Service experience an asset
Must be available a minimum of 3 days/week
18+ years of age
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
Starting salary of $1200-$2000 biweekly
