Job Description:
Qualified candidate will support the client by providing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration.

Primary responsibilities of the position will be:


Patch management

Client imaging,

Inventory/reporting

Application deployments through SCCM.


Additionally, will deploy and implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability and performance of the systems.

This role will be both internal and client facing with remote and onsite support and will be part of a team that is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of the computing operations. Leadership experience is desired along with being a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and part of a team. Must have the ability to manage assigned tasks and clearly communicate status information to all levels of the client. Experience scripting languages to:


Automate tasks (i.e. PowerShell, VBScript, Batch Files)

SCCM patch management

Inventory management

Operating system deployment.


Associates degree and 5+ years’ experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect SCCM Solutions for customer from start to finish

Lead a technical team to ensure customer expectations are met

Maintain client images and task sequences

Deploy software, patches, and updates using SCCM

Building Packages, Task sequences, and reporting / administration.

Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures

Monitor patch releases and develop patch installation strategies for servers and clients

Perform general administration duties in Active Directory environment

Provide a point of escalation and support to the Help Desk and IT teams

Works with moderate supervision, side by side with the other system administrators and IT teams (on customer sites)

Support user questions, problems, and needs with prompt and courteous attention

Printer Support – Create Print Ques and Support DSS Software

Schedule End of Lease Returns.

Executive Support

MDT Imaging – Creation of New image and maintaining

Remote support of MDT for international customers

SAS Support

Patching of Devices – SCCM Engineer

Verizon Support – Mobile Devices

Windows 10 (version 1709)Project- possible leading the project of building and testing

O365 is a huge plus

Occasional off-hours support is required.

Travel may be required up 20% (mostly local Northeast Ohio)
