Client Account Representative

Our Client Account Representative opportunity is an entry-level role that will allow you to act and gain experience as both a customer liaison and client representative. In this position, you will professionally represent our clients and their brands as you meet one-on-one with customers, providing them information on our clients, answering their inquiries, generating and sustaining their interest in our partners, and ultimately securing their loyalty. While you will participate in the development and execution of various short and long-term goals, your primary objective is to establish and maintain a strong, genuine connection between our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with customers at various stages in their participation

Provide engaging information during personalized, one-on-one meetings

Professionally represent our clients and their companies

Assist clients in navigating our clients’ brands and services

Offer follow up care and information to longterm customers

Report any customer concerns or positive feedback to management

Secure customer loyalty and lasting support

Participate in developing individual and team goals

Establish connect with fellow team members

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our current and upcoming clients


Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age

Previous experience beneficial, but not needed

Professional

Reliable and accountable

Willing to learn

Motivated, driven


Compensation:

Guaranteed salary starting at $600-$1000 weekly

Basic medical coverage
