We are currently seeking to bring on entry-level Customer Care Agents. This is a bottom-up role that will educate, train, and reward you with knowledge, skills, and possibilities. To guarantee that you feel competent and confident in this role, your journey with us begins in our hands-on, immersive training program. Paired with our mentors, you will quickly understand our objectives and be comfortable applying our strategies. Your primary goal will be to connect with our partners’ customers in order to form a bond between the brands and these markets.
Typical duties include meeting one-on-one with customers, professionally and competently representing our partners, providing customers with relevant, crucial information, answering any inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and reporting to our managers and clients. To excel in this role, you do not need any previous education or experience, just a winning attitude, and strong work ethic. We believe in the power of determination and drive coupled with on-the-job training. By becoming an expert in this role, you will be well positioned to thrive as a senior member of our firm, transcending into higher roles and opportunities.
