The Really Great Teacher Company is looking to recruit online English tutors for a large number of our clients.

WHAT IS OFFERED?
Salary offerings for online English tutors vary from client to client., but all of them offer the following:
• A base pay rate + generous Performance Bonuses for each class taught. Hourly salary ranges between US$ 15 - US$ 30 depending on the position.
• Immediate start (once you have been successfully interviewed and completed the training and orientation)
Non-Negotiables:
· A University B' degree
· Must be eligible to work in North America, Canada, New Zealand or Australia
· Good command of the English language.
· A quiet, clutter-fee, and well-lit teaching space.
· Infrastructure to work including a strong, stable internet connection, as well as a good quality webcam & headset.
Advantageous:
· Previous ESL teaching experience - ideally online to kids or adults
· Other previous working experience in other fields is preferred
· Teaching degree or qualifications and/or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/CETYL certificates or willingness to obtain certification.
