Budget Analyst - Assist Controller with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process and financial analysis process for company’s food manufacturing business using GAAP knowledge. Analyze budgets and review actual against budgeted performance, explains deviations, recommends corrective action to ensure favorable plant budget performance for production line. Analyze sales performance trend, review budget need for each department and make suggestions to controller on budget adjustments. Assist controller in capital budgeting, ROI calculations and the preparation of capital expenditure requisitions and measurements. Work with cost-functional teams to evaluate and understand how all costs factor in to the profitability structure. Bring financial rigor to operations, sales, procurement and logistic decisions, develop and maintain budget monitoring models using the ERP systems to support growth, coordinating with all plant operations.… etc. Must have Master’s degree and 6 months of experience.
