16-35k Native English Teachers Needed in Beijing Kindergarten
Beijing * * Kindergarten in Beijing, China, is looking for 20 full-time teach ers. We have ten different kindergartens around Beijing and each kindergarten is clean, modern, and has a child-friendly environment, with fun loving staff made up of both Chinese and foreign teach ers.
Requirements:
-North American, UK, Australian or New Zealand whose mother tongue and fi rst spoken language are English. (If you are not a native English speaker but have mastered English, and are able to speak clearly without a prominent accent, then p lease also feel free to apply.);
-You are a kid person; outgoing, friendly, fun, and enjo y working with, and teaching younger children;
-You are dynamic, full of ene rgy and can adapt in any situation;
-Patient, a good team leader, organized, and works well with othe rs;
-Willing to learn and ad apt culturally;
-Punctual, and diligent in carrying out assigned classes, and pre paration of class responsibilities;
-Willing to sign a one-ye ar contract.;
-Note: Experience is not necessary, as long as you are willing to learn and ad apt.
Working hours/days:
-8:00 am to 5:30 PM, Mo nday to Fri day. You have Saturda ys and Sundays off. You will have a 2.5-hour brea k from 12:00 am to 2:30 PM each day.
Holidays:
- You will get 2 weeks of paid d ays off dur ing Chinese spring fe stival,
- You will also have o ther government recognized 8 days holidays off with pay such as Moon Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, New Year s day, etc.
-You will get 2 days off with pay for Christmas day.
-You will get 2 weeks of paid d ays off at the renewal of your contr act.
Class responsibilities and details:
-You will be the head teacher of your class, and you will have three full - time Chinese assistan ts to help you.
-Each class has a between 22 - 24 stud ents.
-The children in our school ran ge from 2 to 6 years old and each class is divided according to age. For example 2 to 3-year-olds; 4 to 5-year-olds; etc..
-We provide an easy to follow curriculum, although you are free to adapt it according to your own teaching style and preferences.
-Contact time with the students will be 6 hours per day. During th is period, you will give 2.5 hours of structured classes. The rest of the time, you will have to interact with the children thro ugh games, conversations or during playtime. You will h ave to do up to 1h of preparation for you class.
Salary:
-For new and/or inexperienced teachers we offer a starting salary of 13000 RMB to 16000 RMB.& nbsp; (We will provide free teacher training for new te achers.)
-For teachers with experience and good references a starting salary of 17000 RMB to 22000 RMB a month.
-For experienced teachers who are qualified in the field of early education, a sta rting salary of 23000 RMB to 35000 RMB.
Other benefits:
-We will help you secure a legal working visa as long as you have the minimum require ments and a BA diploma
-We will provide you with insurance while you stay and work for * in China.
-If you are new to China, our staff will help you find accommodatio ns, and show you around the city.
-We will pick you up at the airport upon your arrival, an d provide you with up to one week of free accommodation.
-If you are new to China, we will pro vide cultural lessons and tips in order to help you adjust.
-You will have free lunches during the week
-We also offer free Chinese lessons
-We also offer education tuition assistance and regular professional development and training's
-We are outgoing and have organized team outings which include KTV nights, BBQ dinners and sightseeing tour's
Starting date: We need 5 full-time teachers to start as soon as possible, and 10 by the beginning of September.
