Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Payment Product Specialist, works within the team and is responsible for but not limited to:
Generate market product requirements
Drive 3rd party product integrations from the discovery call to handing off to the Product Manager
Support customer in their deployments
Meet with end-users and gather feedback
Influence the company’s product and growth strategies
A proven track record of product management in the payment industry
Experience in successfully working with 3rd party providers
Experience in customer support and end-user feedback gathering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative & dynamic personality
Go getter mentality
Strong communication skills.
