4. Activity Leader: Lead activities, explain rule of the activity and be funny, try to b reak the ice.
Activity Assistants: Assist your partner to s how camper how to play the game. Make sure that every child is fully engaged i n the activity. Encourage camp ers to try and innovate. Most important of all, mak e sure all campers are safe.
5. Counselors should lead campers to come up with a cool group name and sl ogan, draw a poster and lay do wn general rules for the group.


Assist Workshop Teachers
IDEAS Winter Day Camp workshops include Golf, Floral Design,STEAM, Natural adventur e, Picturebook reading, Mini Band. Each lasts for 1 hour. Campers will have an in-de pth experience of theses different workshops under the guidance of professional workshop teachers

responsibilities

1. Help workshop teacher maintain the order of the class, help campers learn and complete the work. Be actively engaged in the class as an assistant. Dont have small talks or have a rest durin g workshop.

2. Pay close attention to campers during the workshop and give your advisable suggestions to IDEAS staff at the end of the day if you have any.

3. Maintain order during breaks and remind campers to drink water and go to the bathroom. Remind workshop teachers to.



Salary: 400 CNY(RMB) to 12000 CNY(RMB) Monthly
