Full Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
• In this newly created Capricorn Capital Center of Excellence role, you will be responsible for managing systems for capital (IT, process, and documentation).
• Facilitate continuous improvement of available tools and methods
• System administrator for software tools used in the Capricorn Capital COE
• Participate in the implementation / roll out of new IT systems for the capital COE to become the expert
• Translate process needs into software requirements
• Configure IT tool including drop downs, workflows, forms, roles/permissions
• Working with Software vendors on issues and/or updates of software
• Train others across the company in the use of IT tool (s)
• Lead super-user group for the tool(s)
• Track licensing users and manage
Deliverables
• Recommended systems and tools. Training and support plans for systems and tools.
• Translation of process needs into software requirements
• Structure and methodology for document control and sharing
• Systems roadmap for capital management processes / tools
Education and Experience
• >5+ years of experience
• 4-year technical degree
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in infrastructure systems and processes
• Experience with IT systems
• Understanding of Capital projects,
Project Management
• Coordination of system implementation across functions and divisions
• Previous experience with system administration
Travel
Occasional, <25% domestic and international
