JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices, and condominiums. We are looking for a hard working, organized and customer service oriented Project Manager. Our Project Managers are directly responsible for delivering the outstanding customer service our clients expect from working with our company.
This role requires a leader with the ability to manage projects from inception through completion by scheduling painters, conducting daily site visits and responding immediately and courteously to all customer inquiries.

Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated "people person" with at least three years of project management experience. A college degree and industry knowledge are preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Fluent in speaking Spanish is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an exceptional experience for customers so as to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further ‘Deliver Extraordinary Experiences’.

Provide an exceptional job opportunity for JSSs so as to differentiate ourselves from our competition as the employer of choice in the painting labor work force.

Provide exceptional support to JSSs and build a performance culture among the team.

Service all customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.

Develop a close working relationship with the Sales Associates and the Office Associates to ensure all expectations set forth with CPP customers are met and the Certainty Service System is best executed.

Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for the JSSs as well as properly on-board all JSSs to set them up for production success.

Properly On-Board all JSSs following the JSS On-Boarding Guidelines and SOP.

Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.

Be designated as the Safety Officer in the Franchise. Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.

Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines around Lead Safety, and possess and maintain the required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Personal Development.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required

Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus

Fluent in speaking Spanish preferred

Production experience preferred

Painting Industry knowledge preferred

2 years previous supervisory/management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Quality conscious and detail-oriented

Strong computer and internet skills

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
