We are a fully-integrated supplier of manufacturing and engineering services providing modular assemblies and complex stampings for body-in-white, drivetrain, interior and seating applications for the automotive industry.
SUMMARY
Continuous Cut and Etch of welded production parts to Matsu and Customer requirements. Ensuring that all quality standards are met by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform Customer and Matsu Cut and Etch requirements on all welded parts in house.
Maintain database of information on completed Cut and Etch.
To work within the published Schedule for Cut and Etch timeframes.
To communicate all non-conformances to interested parties.
Issue DMR’s for non-conforming product, inform Q.E. or QM plus Production and Maintenance Associates.
To issue for approval any/all reports, if/when requested by Customer or Matsu.
To verify all level ups, made to Mig welded parts.
To be able to operate equipment to perform duties.
Maintain all inventory of chemicals/parts needed to perform tasks.
Maintain all equipment, Wet Saw, Plasma Cutter, Sander etc., to achieve tasks efficiently.
To be computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
Be a willing learner to train successfully for the above tasks.
To perform non destruct testing on Spot Welds using NDT Ultra Sonic Tester.
To be able to perform Auditing duties, when required, through vacation and sick leave occurrences.
To perform any/all duties as may be defined by the QM.
